Our Commitment
Mindful Healing Mental Health Services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
We want all visitors — including prospective patients, current patients, and caregivers — to be able to access information about our psychiatric telehealth services.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some third-party embedded tools (for example, scheduling widgets or maps) are provided by external vendors and may not fully meet the same standards.
Measures We Take
Semantic HTML structure and descriptive headings for screen readers.
Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements where possible.
Keyboard-accessible navigation for core site functions.
Alternative text for meaningful images and decorative images marked appropriately.
Responsive layouts that work across common device sizes.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or third-party integrations may not yet be fully accessible. We welcome feedback so we can address barriers promptly.
PDF or downloadable documents, if added in the future, may require separate remediation.
