Insurance at our practice
We accept many major commercial and government insurance plans for telehealth psychiatric care in NY, CA, FL. Coverage varies by plan, state, and service type — we verify benefits before your first visit whenever possible.
If you do not see your plan listed below, contact us. We can discuss out-of-network options and superbills when your plan allows reimbursement.
How verification works
- Share your insurance card and member ID when scheduling or on intake forms.
- We check eligibility and psychiatric benefits with your payer.
- You receive an estimate of expected copay, deductible, or coinsurance before your visit when possible.
- Self-pay and uninsured patients may request a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act.
Telehealth & insurance
Many plans cover psychiatric telehealth the same as in-person visits when medically appropriate and you are in a licensed state at the time of the appointment.
Some plans require prior authorization for certain services or medications. We help you understand those requirements when they apply.
