Self-Pay Pricing

Transparent self-pay information and Good Faith Estimates for uninsured patients — because cost clarity should not be a barrier to care.

Self-pay psychiatric care

Self-pay is available for patients who prefer not to use insurance, who are uninsured, or whose plan does not cover our services. Rates depend on visit type (initial evaluation vs. follow-up) and clinical complexity.

We provide transparent pricing information before your appointment. Exact fees are confirmed when you schedule or request an estimate.

Good Faith Estimate (uninsured & self-pay)

Under the federal No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients may request a written Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before scheduled care.

A GFE lists expected charges for the service you are scheduling so you can plan and compare options.

How to get your estimate

  • Use our contact form and select Insurance / fees question.
  • Call or email our office with the service you need and your preferred timeframe.
  • Request a GFE when booking through our online scheduler if you are self-pay.

Payment methods

  • Major credit and debit cards accepted for patient balances.
  • Payment is typically collected at the time of service unless your plan requires different billing.
  • We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly agreed in writing for specific situations.

Request a written Good Faith Estimate before your visit.
